A. Yes. Our website links to the Frontsteps FS Pay site. This is the payment portal Encore at Eastmark uses. For more payment options visit the “Ways to Pay Online” page of this website. If you have any questions during the payment process, call us at 1-800-690-0984 or click here to connect with the payment support team.


Q. If I have questions about my account, who do I contact?

A. If you have a question about your account contact us at 800-447-3838 or email us at info@hoamco.com. If you have a question about a letter you received or about your Community in general contact your Community Manager.


Q. Can other people see information specific to my lot?

A. No, by signing into the Encore at Eastmark Frontsteps Community portal with your Username/password, you are the only person who can see your account information.


Q. If I have questions about the website or want to make a request, who do I contact?

A. You can contact the web administrator by going to the “E-Forms” link under the “Quick Actions” section of the main menu of the Frontsteps portal. You will fill out a brief form and it will be emailed to the administrator.


Q. How do I reach HOAMCO or the Encore at Eastmark Community Manager?

A. HOAMCO Scottsdale is located at 7010 E. Chauncey Lane, Suite 120, Phoenix, AZ 85054 and our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. You can call the office at (480) 994-4479. You can also use the Contact Form on the HOAMCO website for specific queries.

Q. If I forget my password what do I do?

A. If you go to the Sign-In page, there is a link to use to recover your password. Click on these links and to receive an email to recover your password.


Q. I am a renter, do I have a resident account?

A. Renters are given special access to the Encore at Eastmark resident portal. You will have access to all Community engagement features and access to contact management.


Q. How do I receive notices about the community?

A. This website contains a “News Bulletin” service that allows board members / management to send you important updates about your community. You will receive an email when these bulletins are sent and they can also be found under “Latest Community News” in your Dashboard of the Frontsteps Community portal. You may also receive regular mailings from the HOA.


Q. Can I submit for Architectural Approval online?

A. Yes, you can access the forms below in the E-Forms section of the Frontsteps Community resident portal. Once complete they are automatically submitted to Management or the clubhouse staff.
