Age Restricted Community Information
Encore at Eastmark is primarily designed for residents aged 55 and older. Here are the key points about the age restrictions:
- Age Requirement: At least one person in each home must be 55 or older.
- Overnight Guests: No one under 19 can stay overnight for more than 90 days in a year.
- Younger Residents: Individuals aged 40-55 can occupy homes if they buy from the developer.
- Occupancy Rule: If a home is occupied by someone 55 or older, other qualified occupants can remain even if that person moves out, as long as 80% of homes in the community are still occupied by someone 55 or older.
The Encore Board will establish and enforce policies to ensure the community remains age-restricted according to state and federal laws.
