About Encore
Encore at Eastmark offers an active, resort-style community for adults aged 55+. Encore has approximately 970 single-story homes and its own state-of-the-art, award-winning clubhouse, the Encore Club.
Our vision is to create a community where neighbors collaborate to cultivate a secure and supportive environment. Through inclusivity, we aim to provide residents with a diverse array of social activities, supported by exceptional services and amenities. We strive to create a well-maintained neighborhood that enhances property values and fosters a stronger sense of community.

The Board of Directors convenes bi-monthly, holding two sessions: a workshop and a formal meeting. The workshop provides an opportunity for in-depth discussion of various topics, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. These topics are then presented at the subsequent meeting for a final vote. Both the workshop and the meeting are open to residents for in-person attendance. However, in accordance with ARS 33-1804, any executive meetings held by the Board are closed to residents.
